Purchasing from Perlina Handmade Jewellery confirms that you have read and agree to the following terms & conditions.

Copyright

All the images and content found on www.perlina.co.uk are copyright and belong to Gemma Wild. You are not permitted to copy, download, distribute, store, use, adapt or change in any way, the images or content contained within the web pages of www.perlina.co.uk for any reason, without my written consent.

Delivery

I aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days of receiving full payment. Should any problem arise, you will be informed immediately. I am not responsible for any delay with the delivery of your order.

Refunds

Refunds will only be given in the very unlikely event of an order arriving damaged. Should this happen, you must contact me immediately and return the item with all original packaging [including the gift box], within 7 days of receiving it, via a secure, recorded method. If damaged items are not received by me, a refund will not be issued.

Returns

When returning damaged items, I will refund the item cost and return postage up to the value of £2.00 [minus PayPal fees, if applicable]. If you do not return the items in their original, undamaged packaging, this includes the gift box, a packaging fee will be deducted from your refund.
